Since I seem to be in a musical mood tonight currently rockin’ out to some nice Sublime, I thought I would share one of my playlists from Itunes. My ‘workout’ playlist is probably my most listened to selection on my Ipod or Ipod Nano or Iphone. Geez I sound like an Apple spokesman. I hit the gym, go for a run, ride my new board or hit the mountain bike every day. Usually my workout mix is what keeps my feet moving and blood pumping. During a good workout I want music that gets my heart going, pushes me, motivates me and makes me want to break goals. The music you see below is even selected in an order that plays just the right song during certain parts of my workout. For example, when I am running a 5K I have some really good music come in around 1 mile left to go pushing me to the end. Same goes for when I am on the bike and getting to a tough point during one of my favorite trail rides. Took some time to get all that worked out but it really helps me along. I dig classical music just not during a 10 mile run. I was going to list all the songs for you here but then I got to thinking a screen grab sure is much easier.
