Sunshine!
After a week and a half of rain we finally got some sunshine here in the OC. Over the past few weeks I have been ramping up my training for 2010. Instead of just going out and riding I am developing my endurance via heart rate training, cadence, better recovery rides and clean diet. All the water that’s been dumping from the sky didn’t help things though! Training on the trainer just plain sucks. I’m doing it when I need to but it sucks. All of this new stuff I have been working on means I have been on the road bike much more than the mountain. I did get a chance to spin in a little dirt the other day on my way to doing sprint intervals (on the road), so that was nice. Well, not much else going on with me right now just getting ready for Christmas and taking some time off of work. Oh, I will be heading out to Ocotillo Wells at the end of the year with some friends for some off-road fun. I can’t wait it’s been forever since I went to the desert for fun NOT work!
